the best show!!

    Survivor is one of the best shows to be aired on T.V. It has been airing since 2000, and thousands of people watch it every Wednesday. Each episode is filled with drama, challenges, friendship and allies breaking. Truly, each episode is engaging and worth watching. I watch it every Wednesday with a group of friends. We have watched two seasons together. Both season we have watched together, all of us choose a person and root for them to make it to the end. We all sit around and are so engaged in the show. We gasp and scream and hope for our person to win. It is so fun each week and we are all on the edge of our seats till the next week. I have watched it regularly since senior year of high school. I love the show because of the strategy and manipulation that takes place. Each episode is filled with allies working together and apart to fight to make it to the next day. It gets especially good when the merge happens. All the tribes come together and it turns from a team competition to an individual. Each individual has to battle whether to work with their tribe from before the merge or if they should find a new group to work with. 

    One of my favorite strategies that is used is an all girl alliances. The majority of the time it does not work. It so fascinating to watch all of them lie to each other and spread the information around camp. They all know individually they aren't working in that allie but they all believe they are the only one betraying the allie. It's so fascinating to watch because we know all the information. One of the only times this actually worked was in Survivor Micronesia. There were five individuals left, four girls and 1 boy. The boy, Eric, won the individual immunity challenge. So obviously one of the girls would be voted out and not in the final four. The girls teamed together and convinced Eric to give one of the girls the immunity and they voted it out. It was crazy. That scene has gone down in history as one of the best plays in all of Survivor history. No one would think Eric would give up his immunity but the girls manipulated him enough to do it. 

    This show creates scenes that no show can remake, because of the individuals being pushed to the end of their line. They fight and push to their bodies end and it makes amazing T.V. Survivor allows people to come together from all over on the screen and in front of it. It is truly the best show to ever be produced.
